What's Happening

For the final service project of the school year, students collected donations for the Williamson County Animal Shelter.  Some of the students then went on a field trip to the animal shelter and delivered the donations.

Students volunteered for the annual Special Olympics basketball tournament at Texas State University.

Service Project

Success High School students completed the first service project of 2014. Students made Valentine's cards and collected snacks for kids at the Texas Baptist Children's Home. Student Ambassadors from each advisory then delivered the cards and snacks to the children at the home for Valentine's Day.

Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Reba Sewell, Success High School's 2013-2014 Teacher of the Year!

Blanket Drive

The blanket drive was a huge success. Over 60 blankets were donated by students and staff.  The blankets were delivered to the Austin Children's Shelter for the holidays. The drive was led by the Special Projects student group. Thank you to the youth leaders and to those who donated for your generosity and support.

Mrs. Greenberg and Success students produced a fine painting to show the history of our school as part of the district's 100-year anniversary. The painting is on display in the Success High School main office and highlights the blend of students from each of the five high schools in the district as they come together to form one student body at Success, home of the Phoenix. The artwork also depicts the new Success High School campus, scheduled for completion in July 2014. Digital and Interactive Media students helped capture the work in progress on video, incorporating original photos and sound.  Happy 100th Anniversary Round Rock ISD!

Thank you to the students, family, and staff for your support at this year's Thanksgiving flag football game.
