Holiday FAFSA help is available through Foundation Communities’ College Hub.

Upon completion of the survey, your information will be reviewed and you will be contacted and invited to an informational meeting. Meetings are held every second Friday of the month beginning on Sept.13, 2019 through May 8, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Success High School, 500 Gattis School Road, Round Rock, TX.

- Copy of Graduation Letter
- Verification of Enrollment Letter
- VOE Form
- Change of Address/New Phone # (Documentation is required)
- SSI/Benefits Verification (Form must be completed before submission to Registrar’s Office)
Please note requests will be completed within 72 hours of submission.
